Our Mission Statement

The Mission of Beneficial In-Home Care, Incorporated is to maximize our client’s physical health and their mental sense of well-being through providing well qualified and motivated workers in the client’s home and in a cost effective manner.

The organization believes that client care should be rendered in an atmosphere and environment most beneficial to the client.  When medically desirable and technically feasible, the organization provides these services to the client in his/her place of residence (Washington – Spokane, Stevens, Pend Orielle and Ferry Counties).  Beneficial In-Home Care, Inc., Home Care Program, offers professional NAR's and NAC's 24 hours  7 days per week.  Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with On-Call Service in place: evenings, holidays and weekends.

Policy:
The mission of the agency includes a number of goals.  These include:

  1. Providing direct professional NAR's and NAC's to individuals in their place of residence.  Services will be provided hourly or intermittently.
  2. The agency also seeks to promote teaching of health practices: to promote physical and emotional care to the terminally ill patients and their families.
  3. The agency will prevent unnecessary institutionalization and will facilitate early hospital discharge by providing care in the client’s home.
  4. The agency will help direct in locating and utilizing personal and community resources to assist with the provision of client care.
  5. To operate in a fiscally responsible manner.
  6. To provide services utilizing ethical standards through a moral and legal approach.
  7. To maintain an acceptable quality of service, which will be monitored on an ongoing basis.
  8. To participate in the activities of local, state, and national organizations representing the home care industry.
  9. To be in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  10. To develop a healthy, prosperous and fair environment to promote employee growth and excellent performance by requiring "Careprovider Training" and "10 hours of Continuing Education" yearly.
